Forgotten Romance

Beautiful Miriam Haskell collar necklace. Though unsigned, it's easily recognized by collectors. I have seen it in books and in person, but never in those colors. Center glass beads are marbled green and red. All the beads have very ornate brass caps. The top and bottom are made of stacks of green sequins in brass caps. Filigree push in clasp adorned by tiniest brass seed beads. Measures 15" long and 1.75" wide. Excellent condition.

Gorgeous red glass necklace. Three strands of graduating juicy red glass beads with a silver tone clasp adorned by a large red glass rhinestone. Measures 19.25" long. Excellent condition.

Marvelous crystal and faux pearl collar necklace. I believe it to be French, but it's not signed. The construction and the details indicate it to be French. Faceted crystals, clear sparkling rhinestones and fabulous pink faux pearls make this gorgeous piece. Clear rhinestone clasp. There is also a safety chain at the clasp. Measures 15.5" long and over 2" wide. Excellent condition.

Beautiful bib necklace. Delicate brass book chain with brass and coral glass charms. Measures 16.25" long and 1.25" wide. Excellent condition.

Fantastic collar necklace. Fancy golden hoops in sets of three are connected by clusters of ornate golden leaves with faux turquoise bead centers. Measures 16" long and 2" wide. Excellent condition.

Gorgeous art glass beaded necklace. Looks like the work of Ian St. Gielar for Stanley Hagler NYC. But it's not signed. Gorgeous green art glass with pink and golden spacers. The accent piece (worn on the side) has ornate filigree base with dusty pink beads wired onto it in floral pattern. Those flowers  are adorned by green glass beads and green rose montees. Necklace measures 26" long. The accent piece is 2.25" by 1.75". Excellent condition.

Beautiful deep purple rhinestone pendant necklace. Gold tone setting. Push in clasp is adorned by faux amethyst baguette. Looks great on! Measures a bit over 15" long. Pendant is 2.25" by 1 1/8". Excellent condition.

Wonderful Czech necklace. Silver tone setting with beautiful blue art glass. One of my favorites. It will go to so many outfits and will be great for summer! Measures 18.5" long. The centerpiece is 3 ¼" by1". Excellent condition.

Outstanding Scaasi festoon necklace. Made of golden mesh with clusters of beautiful rhinestones in clear and topaz, faux amber pieces topped with clear rhinestones, and small faux baroque pearls. Measures 18.5" long. Clusters are about 1.5" by 1.5". Signed "SCAASI" on the back of one of the clusters. Some very minor wear, but overall excellent condition.

An incredible and unique French glass bib necklace. Beautiful brass setting with angel skin coral glass. The tear shaped glass beads are large and feel heavy. Measures 16.5" long and 1" wide. The center is 3.5" long and about 2" wide. Signed on the clasp "Made in France". Excellent condition.

Outstanding Anne Klein Couture cross pendant necklace. Beautiful golden chain with a large gold tone cross with green poured glass center. Chain measures 34". Cross is 4" by 2.5". Signed on the metal hang tag "Anne Klein Couture". Excellent condition.

Fantastic brass bib necklace. Possibly early Haskell. Gorgeous brass setting. Two strands of ornate chains with beautiful and ornate brass filigree charms alternating with large (5/8" in diameter) baroque faux turquoise glass beads. Simple spring ring clasp. Measures 16" long and 3" wide. Excellent condition.

Fantastic white glass collar necklace. Large white glass beads are strung on the memory wire. Lots of dangles of white and multi colored glass (green, royal blue, red, amber, violet) are dripping down from the neckline. A very unusual piece and definitely a statement. Measures 15.5" long and about 1.25" wide. It's very full.  Excellent condition.

Beautiful and classy looking necklace. Three strands of knotted beads  - faux pearls, pink quartz and chalcedony blue. Beautiful brass clasp is also adorned by faux chalcedony. Measures 15.5" long. Clasp is 7/8" in diameter. Excellent condition.

Feast your eyes! Outstanding French collar necklace. It is so unique and unusual. What a great find! Obviously a couture piece! Beautiful textured gold tone setting with deep ruby red faceted crystals in two sizes. Dozens and dozens of red faceted Lucite prisms dangle from the gold tone base. It looks very full and absolutely  GORGEOUS! Clasp is also adorned by golden rhinestones. Necklace adjusts to 19" long and is almost   3.5" wide.  Necklace is signed on the hook "Made in France". Excellent condition.

Gorgeous Czech Art Deco necklace. Beautiful blue art glass square cabochons in brass setting. Huge blue art glass centerpiece in brass setting measures 1 1/8" by 1". The necklace measures 15.75" long and 7/16" wide. Dates back to the 1920's. Excellent condition.

Fabulous French necklace from 1980s. Interesting combination of glass beads in shades of blue, white, and some black with a gorgeous floral centerpiece. Similar necklaces are pictured in "European Designer Jewelry" by Ginger Moro (page 109 - France chapter). Measures 15.5" long. The center is over 3" wide and 5" long. Excellent condition.

Gorgeous Czech collar necklace. Gold tone setting with very colorful rhinestones - faux rubies, sapphires, emeralds, amethyst in dark and light purple. The setting is adorned by some white enameling. Measures 17" long and 1.25" wide. Excellent condition.

Very feminine and delicate necklace. Made of spotted art glass in the most delicate pink color. The heart shaped carved glass pieces are set in gold tone setting. The necklace measures 15.75" long and 1.25" wide in the center. A fabulous and very well made necklace. There two oval plaques on the back - one is signed "JEWELS by JULIO" and the other is "Marner". This reminds me of some of Hattie Carnegie and Hobe pieces I've seen! A perfect addition to any collection or outfit. Excellent condition.

Lovely Czech molded glass necklace. White and green beads are separated by amber colored spacers. And the best part it has those cute little mysterious figures - billikens. Rare and very collectable! Necklace measures 22" long with a 4" tassel. Excellent condition.

Fantastic brass charm necklace. Heavy brass chain with lots of brass textured balls dripping from it. Measures 16" long and is is about 1" wide. Fun piece to wear! Excellent condition.

Magnificent four strand French glass necklace in jewel colors. Fantastic art glass in different shades of red and green with just a few bronze faux pearls. Outstanding gold tone clasp is decorated with a huge faux emerald and red and green seed beads. It's not signed but reminiscent of Ornella necklaces. The shortest strand measures about 23" long. The clasp is 1.5" by 7/8". Signed on one side of the tongue of the clasp "Depose". There was something stamped on the other side, but it's scratched of now and I cannot figure it out. Excellent condition.

A very interesting glass necklace. Reminiscent of Langani jewelry. Blue and green donut shaped beads are tightly strung on nylon thread. Measures 17.5" long (but will fit a neck of about 16.5") and is 1.25" wide. Excellent condition.

Chocolate brown amber necklace. Measures about 30" long, each bead is over 1/2" in diameter. Brought from Russia about 25 years ago. Excellent condition.

Stupendous Art Deco sautoir. Outstanding milky blue ribbed melon glass beads (larger ones are 3/4" in diameter) are suspended on black silk ribbons. It's delicate and classy! Unsigned. Measures 32" long with an additional 3.5" drop. Excellent condition.

Fantastic and most unusual French glass necklace. The beads are so gorgeous in bright pink color. They look like a flower garland. Each bead is unique and is hand blown. Have an typical French ornate screw in clasp. Measures 18" long and is about 1" wide (in the widest spots). I have never seen another necklace like this one! Excellent condition.

Beautiful faux pearl necklace. Three rows of creamy white faux pearls strung on fine chains. The strands of pearls are connected together by gold tone pieces adorned by clear rhinestones. Large round metal push in clasp. Measures 13.25" long and 1" wide. Would be lovely for a young girl. Excellent condition.

Fabulous pearl necklace by French designer Louis Rousselet. Two strands of gorgeous pearls with centerpiece made of red faceted stones bezel set in brass, red and pearl glass drops on wires. The centerpiece sits on pearl beaded base. The clasp is adorned by a large pearl and surrounded by small pearls. Necklace measures 16" long, the center is 1 1/4" in diameter. Signed only "Made in France" on the back of the clasp. Excellent condition.

Beautiful blue art glass necklace. Three strands of fabulous glass beads in a fantastic color. The clasp is adorned with wired on pale blue glass beads. Necklace measures 16" long. Clasp is just a bit shy of 3/4" in diameter. Excellent condition.

Spectacular Italian art glass birds necklace. The translucent carnelian/[pink  beads decorated with gold paint have 7 clusters of birds (also with gold paint) and leaves all in the same color. This color is very rare and very beautiful. All made out of glass. It's just precious! Necklace measures almost 17" long. Excellent condition.

Fun and charming necklace. Clear celluloid chain with turquoise blue shells dripping down from it. The center one has a little island with palm trees and ocean hand painted on it to bring up the memories of a fabulous vacation. Reminds of early Haskell, but I'm not sure. Measures 16" long and 1.5" wide. Excellent condition.

Gorgeous multi strand seed bead torsade necklace. Two shades of blue were used - lighter blue and deep piercing blue. Measures 18.5" long. Excellent condition.

Art Deco crystal necklace.  Beautiful unfoiled square cut crystals are set in silver tone setting. Measures 14.75" long and almost 3/8" wide. Excellent condition.
